At LifeStraw, we stand by the quality of our hydration-focused apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
